SAUTÉED OYSTER
MUSHROOMS

Simple and quick to prepare, perfect as a side with meat, in a creamy risotto, a fluffy omelette, or with pasta.

Ingredients

200 g oyster mushrooms

2 tbsp butter

½ tbsp oil

½ shallot, finely chopped

½ garlic clove, pressed

1 tbsp flat-leaf or curly parsley, finely chopped

Salt and pepper

Preparation

Prepare the mushrooms by trimming the base of the oyster mushroom stems.

In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp butter and a drizzle of oil over medium heat.
Sauté the mushrooms, turning them gently during cooking.

Once nicely browned, add the chopped shallot and pressed garlic.
Then add an additional 1 tbsp butter and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes.

Finish by stirring in the chopped parsley and season to taste.
